Spotlight

As Meta's business evolves, we're placing big bets to tackle complex challenges around the globe. My team created Spotlight to explore these challenges through storytelling that connects customers from around the world to our teams. Our first two seasons helped product teams understand advertisers in Emerging Markets and the complex challenges around targeted advertising and data privacy.

Listen Up Live

Our large ads customers, whether a CEO or a media buyers, have so much feedback for our product teams. We created Listen Up to connect ads teams to the customers they build for, so they understand what's great about our products and what needs improvement - all streamed live to our Workplace channels.

Ads Product Testing

Meta offers every employee $250 in ad credits each month so they can understand how our monetization products work for customers in the real world. My team scaled the program to reach almost 20,000 employees every half with "basic" dogfooding. We also created a high-dollar ads testing program called Frontline Dogfooding for ads product engineers so they could explore the experiences of larger customers by deploying six-figure media budgets.

South Africa Office

To celebrate our new Johannesburg office and build awareness of our presence on the African continent, I managed a weeklong events program for employees, clients, and partners in government and civil society. The program helped us establish key relationships and built goodwill

Pride@ London

Facebookers in London weren't engaging with Pride@ with the same spirit and enthusiasm as in other offices. I worked with artists to build and install immersive installations in each of our three London sites, brining life to the theme "Pride Connects Us". Along with the installations, we established a lunchtime speaker program during Pride month hosted by our London leadership team.

FB Partner Center

As our ads business began to grow in 2011, we needed to build deep partnerships with major advertisers to accelerate product adoption. I was hired to create a white-glove marketing program aimed at the world's largest advertisers. The Partner Center brings together our clients' c-suite with FB's leadership team to build real and lasting partnerships. We built out an exciting and immersive physical space (with Rockwell Group) where we hosted customers every day. 10 years on, Meta now has five Partner Centers across the world.
